Refund Policy

Effective Date: 20/02/2026

1. Cancellation Before Sample Collection
If the booking is cancelled before sample collection, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

2. After Sample Collection
No refunds will be provided once the sample has been collected and testing has begun.

3. Failed Collection
If Spectra Laboratories is unable to collect the sample due to operational reasons, a full refund will be provided.

4. Duplicate Payment
Any duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.

5. Refund Mode
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
